This year’s NADCE Conference invites DCEs to embrace the powerful truth that they are fully seen by God and lovingly sustained by His grace. Inspired by Psalm 139, Rest Assured calls ministry leaders to pause, breathe, and enter the sacred space of rest that God freely gives.

This theme weaves together rest, trust, and surrender—three things that often elude leaders caught in the hustle of doing God's work. It’s an invitation to step away from the anxiety and weight of expectations and step into the Sabbath rhythm God offers. It’s a reminder that we are not the savior—God is—and that His ways are higher, His love deeper, and His promises as countless as the grains of sand.

Set against the backdrop of the Florida shoreline, this time together will refresh the soul, renew the calling, and restore joy in ministry.
